Workflow Email Actions in Statistics

Discover how Stack has enhanced the way you view email campaign statistics, whether they're sent through workflows or standalone email campaigns. This improvement allows for a more streamlined and comprehensive analysis of your email marketing efforts.

What's Improved​

  • Unified Email Stats: Workflow email statistics are now conveniently located under the Email Marketing section.
  • Comprehensive Insights: Access both overall and individual email action statistics for any workflow.
  • Seamless Editing: Edit workflows directly from the statistics screen for a smoother experience.

How to Use​

  1. Navigate to Email Marketing in your Stack dashboard.
  2. Select Campaigns, then go to Workflow Campaigns.
  3. Click on Edit Workflow to open the builder.
  4. To view statistics, click on Statistics. You can use the dropdown menu to see stats for individual email actions within the workflow.

Note​

The process for creating email actions and syncing with templates, as well as creating new templates, remains unchanged. Enjoy the enhanced visibility into your email campaigns without altering your existing workflow setup.
