How to Preview and Test Your Email Campaigns and Templates in Stack

When crafting email campaigns or templates in Stack, it's crucial to ensure they display correctly across various email providers. Each provider may interpret your email differently based on their protocols, so taking a moment to preview and test your emails can help you avoid any surprises.

Testing Your Email Campaign or Template

  1. Navigate to the Email section and select either Campaign or Template.

  2. Choose the specific campaign or template you wish to test.

  3. In the top right corner, next to the Save option, click on the three-dot icon.

  4. From the dropdown menu, select the Test Email option.

  5. Enter the sender's and recipient's email addresses, along with the email subject.

    Note: The unsubscribe link included in your email will not function in test emails.

Previewing Your Email Campaign or Template

  1. Go to the Email section and choose either Campaign or Template.
  2. Select the template you wish to preview. If you're in list view, use the action dropdown to find the preview option.
  3. For campaigns, access the action menu. The dropdown under Statistics will provide a preview of the email.
  4. Once you are in the edit mode for your campaign or template, click the three-dot icon in the top right corner, next to the Save option.
  5. From the dropdown menu, select the Preview option.
