How to Send a Regular Email Campaign in Stack

Introduction

In email marketing, a regular email campaign allows you to send emails immediately or schedule them for later. When creating a regular email, you can select a template, design your content, and choose your sending options: Send Now or Schedule.

Note: Ensure your domain is verified to send emails.

Creating an Email Campaign

Follow these steps to create a regular email campaign in Stack:

  1. Navigate to the Marketing Tab

    • Go to the Marketing tab and select Email.
    • Click on the Create Campaign button.
  2. Select an Email Template

    • Choose an email template for your campaign. You can preview the template before selecting it.
  3. Design Your Content

    • Use the Email Builder to design your email. Add all necessary elements to create an engaging campaign. The builder offers tools suitable for both beginners and experienced marketers.
  4. Review and Send

    • Once your email is designed, review all parts of your email. Click on Send or Schedule to proceed.

Pre-sending Checklist

Before sending your email, ensure the following:

  • To: Add recipients by selecting emails or smart lists.
  • From: Enter your email address.
  • Name: Optionally, add your name.
  • Subject: Provide a subject line.
  • Preview: Optionally, add preview text.

Choose a delivery method:

  • Send Now: Send the email immediately.
  • Schedule: Set a date and time for sending. The email will be sent according to your location's timezone.

Note: You can delete or reschedule the email campaign. Rescheduling is allowed up to one hour before the scheduled send time. For instance, if the email is scheduled for 11 AM EST, you can reschedule until 10 AM EST.

Can I send the campaign via URL and email?

Yes, a preview is available in the statistics section, and you can send a test email to check the preview. Note: Unsubscribing is not possible in test or preview emails.

How can I restore an older version of my campaign?

If you need to restore an older version, click the three dots in the campaign editor. Select See Version History from the dropdown to restore previous versions.
