How to Save Items in Stack's Email Builder for Quick Access

Crafting professional and symmetrical emails can often be a challenging and time-consuming task. Fortunately, Stack makes it easier by allowing you to save design elements and layouts for reuse. This feature helps you maintain consistency and symmetry across your emails, streamlining your creation process and ensuring your emails always look polished and well-structured. Let's explore how you can save, rename, and quickly access these elements in Stack.

Steps to Save an Element or Layout

Step 1: Navigate to Email Marketing

  • Go to Marketing and select Email Marketing.
  • Open any Campaign or Template you wish to work on.

Step 2: Create Your Layout or Element

  • Design the layout or element you want to save.

Step 3: Save the Element or Layout

  • Hover over the element or layout.
  • Click on the Save icon.

Step 4: Access Saved Items

  • Find your saved element under the Saved Items section at the top right corner.
  • Note: Your saved items are stored globally and are available for all existing or new email templates and campaigns.
  • Click on the three dots next to the saved item.
  • Select Rename to edit the name to something more descriptive, like "Weekly Update Body Content".
  • Utilize the search bar to quickly find and access your saved items.
