How to Modify the Content of an Ongoing Email Campaign in Stack

Sometimes, you may need to update an ongoing email campaign due to content errors such as spelling mistakes or the need to update links and text to align with your brand's standards. While maintaining the integrity of your campaign's statistics is crucial, Stack allows you to make these changes without deleting the campaign.

Updating Email Campaign Content

You can modify the content of ongoing email campaigns scheduled through Simple Schedule, RSS Schedule, or Batch Schedule before their next execution date.

Steps to Update Email Content

  1. Navigate to the Email Section:

    • Go to the Marketing tab in your Stack dashboard.
    • Select Email to access your email campaigns.
  2. Access Your Campaigns:

    • Click on the Email Campaign tab. Here, you'll find a list of all ongoing email campaigns, complete with their execution dates.
  3. Update the Content:

    • Locate the campaign you wish to update.
    • Click on Actions and select Update Email Content.
    • Make the necessary changes to the email's content, such as updating text or links.
  4. Save Your Changes:

    • After editing, ensure you click Save Edits to apply the changes.

Important Note

While you can update the content, please be aware that changes may not always be applied before the next scheduled execution on the server. It's advisable to make edits well in advance of the next execution date to ensure they are processed in time.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and update your email campaigns in Stack, keeping your content accurate and up-to-date.
