Steps to Add GIFs to Your Email​

Step 1: Access Email Marketing​

  • Go to Marketing > Email Marketing.
  • Open any campaign or template where you want to add a GIF.

Step 2: Add a GIF to an Image​

  1. Drag and Drop the Image Element:

    • Locate the image element in your email editor and drag it to your desired spot.

  2. Edit the Image:

    • Click on the image element to edit it.
    • Upload a GIF file (up to 10MB) to replace the static image.

Step 3: Add a GIF to a Video Thumbnail​

  1. Drag and Drop the Video Element:

    • Find the video element in your email editor and drag it to where you want it.

  2. Edit the Video Thumbnail:

    • Click on the video element to edit the thumbnail.
    • Upload a GIF file (up to 10MB) to use as the thumbnail.
