This feature is designed to help you gather valuable insights by collecting and analyzing responses directly through the Submissions tab in your campaign statistics.

How to Use Forms and Surveys
- Navigate to Email Marketing and create a new campaign.
- Add the Form Element to your email.
- Choose the type of feedback form you wish to include, such as NPS or ratings.
- Customize the design and settings of your form to align with your campaign's goals.
- Enter a name for your form in the Title field.
- Set a custom success page to enhance the user experience after form submission.
- Send your campaign and keep track of responses through Campaign Statistics > Submissions.
- If needed, export the list of respondents for further analysis.
