Streamlined Email Campaigns in Stack

Welcome to the enhanced email campaign experience in Stack! We've made it easier than ever to create, preview, and send your email campaigns with confidence.

What's New?​

  • Direct Campaign Creation from the Template Library: Start your campaigns effortlessly by selecting a template and customizing it to fit your needs.
  • Checklist for Missing or Incorrect Fields: Quickly identify and resolve any issues before sending your campaign.
  • Improved User Interface for Sending or Scheduling: Seamlessly view your email design while composing the subject line and preview text, ensuring a smoother workflow.

How to Use the New Email Campaign Features​

  1. Navigate to Email Marketing and select Campaigns.
  2. Click on New and choose Email Marketing Templates.
  3. Select a template that suits your campaign and click Continue.
  4. Design your email by adding content and styling it to match your brand.
  5. Once you're satisfied, click Send or Schedule.
  6. Enter essential details such as the subject line and sender information.
  7. Preview your email on the right side of the screen. You can hover over any section to make quick edits if needed.
  8. Check for any warnings under Required Fields to ensure all necessary information is complete.
  9. When everything looks good, click Confirm & Send to launch your campaign.

Note​

Currently, the checklist focuses on mandatory fields and errors in custom fields. We are working to expand this feature to include email limit warnings, content issues, and more, to provide a comprehensive overview before sending your campaigns.
