Personalize Your Campaigns with Conditional Elements in Stack

Effortlessly tailor your campaigns to each contact using conditional elements in Stack.

What is a Conditional Element?

A conditional element in Stack allows you to display specific content—like images or text—only if a contact meets certain criteria. This feature helps you automatically customize your messaging for individual contacts.

When Can You Use Conditional Elements?

  • Location-Based Content: Show different images or offers based on a contact's geographic location.
  • Field-Based Text: Alter text elements according to specific contact fields, such as job title or interests.

Benefits of Using Conditional Elements

  • Personalization: Enhance the relevance of your campaigns by delivering customized content to each contact.
  • Time-Saving: Eliminate the need for creating multiple lists and separate campaigns. Use a single campaign with conditional elements to achieve the same effect.
  • Increased Engagement: Personalized content can boost click-through rates, responses, and conversions.
  • Simplified Campaign Management: Manage all content variations in one place, reducing complexity and minimizing errors.

How to Use Conditional Elements

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Email Marketing in your Stack account.
  2. Create a new email campaign or template.
  3. Select any element within your email and go to the Visibility tab.
  4. Enable the Conditional Element toggle.
  5. Set the conditions based on contact fields to determine when this element should be displayed.
  6. Alternatively, use the Conditional Element icon found in the element overlay action to easily add conditions.

By using conditional elements, you can ensure each recipient receives content that resonates with them, enhancing the effectiveness of your campaigns.
