Understanding Campaign Event Steps
When setting up a campaign in Stack, it's important to understand how the timing of events works. Here’s a breakdown of the different options available:

Send BEFORE: This option will trigger the event based on the start time of the appointment. It's perfect for sending reminders or notifications leading up to an event.

Send AFTER: This setting listens to the opt-in time and allows you to specify a custom time for sending. It's useful for follow-ups after a user has opted in.

Send IMMEDIATELY: As the name suggests, this will send the message right away, regardless of any Custom Time and Window settings in your Campaign Configuration. This is why sometimes calls, emails, and SMS messages might be sent outside your designated Custom Time Window.
By understanding these options, you can better control the timing of your communications and ensure they are sent at the most effective times for your audience.
