Overview of Ad Manager Settings in Stack
Explore the essential settings in Stack's Ad Manager and discover the various operations you can perform within this section.
Table of Contents
Accessing Ad Manager Settings
To access the Ad Manager settings in Stack, click on the settings icon located on the Ad Manager home page. This will lead you to three main tabs: Integrations, Pages, and Conversions. Each tab serves a unique purpose and contains specific information.
Integrations Tab
In the Integrations tab, you'll find details about the Meta Ad account connected during the initial Facebook integration with Stack's Ad Manager.
- Note: Currently, only one Meta Ad account can be integrated with Ad Manager. Future updates may allow multiple accounts.
If you wish to replace the connected ad account, click the delete button. A confirmation prompt will appear, and upon deletion, all campaigns in Ad Manager will no longer be visible.
To continue using Ad Manager, reconnect an ad account on the onboarding page. A Meta Ad account connection is necessary for using Ad Manager with the Connect-Your-Own Meta Business Manager plan.
- Important: Reconnecting the same Ad account restores all campaigns and pages, ensuring no data loss.
Pages Tab
The Pages tab displays all Facebook pages you've connected. You can add or remove pages using the "Connect Facebook page(s)" and delete buttons.
-
Deleting a Page: Clicking the delete icon next to a connected Facebook page prompts a confirmation that this action cannot be undone. Once confirmed, the page is unlinked from Ad Manager. Existing ads on the page remain on Facebook but cannot be managed through Ad Manager.
-
Reconnecting a Page: If a previously unlinked page is reconnected, all campaigns created on that page via Ad Manager will reappear in the campaign details section.
To connect a new page, click "Connect Facebook page(s)" to open a modal listing Facebook pages associated with your connected Business Manager. Select the desired page to connect.
Conversions Tab
In the Conversions tab, view all pixels imported from the connected Meta Ad account, along with those created in Ad Manager.
-
Creating a New Conversion Pixel: Click "Create new conversion pixel" to open a dialog where you can name the pixel. The pixel ID and code are automatically generated, facilitating the creation of workflows to send CAPI events back to Facebook.
-
Note: Currently, only one pixel can be created in Ad Manager, usable for both Lead and Funnel events without Facebook restrictions.
