Locating Audiences in Ad Manager

To find your audiences, navigate to the Ad Manager settings by clicking the settings icon on the Ad Manager home page. Within the settings, you'll find four tabs: Integrations, Pages, Conversions, and Audiences. Focus on the "Audiences" tab to view all audiences created in Stack and those imported from Meta.

Creating a New Audience

There are two methods to create new audiences, whether custom or lookalike:

  1. During Campaign Creation: You can create audiences directly when setting up a campaign. For detailed steps, refer to the articles on creating lookalike audiences and custom audiences.

  2. Via the Audiences Tab: In the Ad Manager settings under the Audiences tab, click the 'Create new audience' button. Choose between Lookalike and Custom Audience to start the creation process. Once created, the audience will appear in your list.

Managing Existing Audiences

In addition to creating new audiences, you can perform several actions on existing ones:

  • Search for Audiences: Use the 'search for audience' box to find specific audiences by name.
  • Filter Audiences: Use the selection box to filter by 'All', 'Custom', or 'Lookalike' audiences:
    • All: Displays all audiences.
    • Custom Audience: Shows only custom audiences.
    • Lookalike Audience: Shows only lookalike audiences.
  • Edit Audiences: Click the ellipses next to an audience and select Edit to modify its name and description.

Deleting an Audience

To delete an audience, click the ellipses next to it and select Delete. Note:

  • If the audience is part of active campaigns, a message will indicate that deletion is not possible until those campaigns are paused.
  • Deleting a custom audience also requires removing any associated lookalike audiences first.
