Creating a New Facebook Form

When setting up an Ad Campaign in Stack Ad Manager and choosing the objective of Leads, you can create or select a Facebook Form. Here’s how you can create a new one:

  1. Select or Create a Lead Form:

    • Click the dropdown to either create a new form or select an existing Lead form.
    • Choose 'Create Facebook Form'.
  2. Name Your Form:

    • Enter a name for your Facebook form.
  3. Select Form Type:

    • Choose between More Volume or Higher Intent. The Higher Intent option includes a review step for users to confirm their information.
  4. Add Greetings:

    • Explain why users should complete your form. Include a required headline and an optional paragraph or list.
  5. Configure Questions:

    • Add a description and select the type of information you need from users. This helps determine the quality of the contact.
    • For custom questions, create short descriptions and multiple-choice questions relevant to your form.
  6. Form Field Mapping:

    • Map form fields to contact fields in Stack. This ensures that form submissions are accurately reflected in contact records.
  7. Add Privacy Policy:

    • After form submission, add a headline, description, and a call to action, such as directing users to a website or initiating a call.
  9. Save the Form:

    • Save your form to proceed with setting your ad objective for Lead Generation.

Using Custom Fields in Ad Manager

You can enhance your lead forms by using custom fields. These fields allow you to collect additional, tailored information from your leads. When creating a lead form, you can add tracking parameters that sync with Stack’s CRM through form field mapping.

  • Custom Fields: Add custom fields in Stack to appear in the form field mapping section of your lead forms.

Reviewing, Mapping, and Duplicating Facebook Lead Forms

Enhance your lead form management with these features available in Stack Ad Manager:

Accessing Form Review & Mapping Details

  • When selecting a lead form in the Lead Generation campaign setup, click the pencil/edit icon next to the form name.
  • A modal will open, allowing you to:
    • Preview the form content.
    • Map or update form fields to CRM fields.
    • Ensure accurate and complete lead syncing.

Duplicating a Facebook Form

  • In the modal, click the "Duplicate Form" button.
  • A new view will open with all fields pre-filled from the original form.
  • Edit the cloned version as needed.
  • Click Create Form to save it as a new Lead Form.

Field Mapping Prompt

  • If the selected form hasn't been mapped, a prompt will appear below the form selector: "Form fields of the selected form are not mapped, map now."
  • Click “map now” to open the review modal and complete the field mapping process with your CRM fields.
