Integrating TikTok Lead Ads with Stack
Note:
- Currently, multi-select options for TikTok Lead Ads are not supported. This feature will be available in future updates.
- TikTok integration is unavailable in countries where TikTok is banned. Using a VPN may help.
- We support only lead generation in-feed ads.
TikTok has quickly become a leading social media platform, gaining immense popularity. Their new advertising feature, TikTok Leads, allows advertisers to target users who have shown interest in their brand or service. This guide will walk you through integrating TikTok Ads into your Stack CRM.
How It Works
Once your page is connected and subscribed, leads from your TikTok ads will flow directly into your Stack CRM.
How to Integrate TikTok Lead Ads
Step 1: Access Settings
- Navigate to the Settings section of your Stack account.
Step 2: Integrate TikTok
- Click on the Integration tab and log in.
- Log into your TikTok Business Account.
- Ensure all permissions are enabled by default and click Confirm.
- If you have multiple advertiser accounts, select the one you wish to connect. The tab will close automatically, completing the integration.
Note: If you have only one advertiser account, it will be selected by default. You can change the advertiser account anytime by clicking the Change Advertiser Account button.
Step 3: Map Fields and Create Custom Fields
- Once connected, go to the TikTok Form Mapping tab to view your created pages/forms.
- Click Map Fields to align your form fields with CRM fields. Click Update to save changes and subscribe to the page.

- LARGE_TEXT
- NUMERICAL
- PHONE
- MONETARY
- SINGLE_OPTIONS
- DATE
Step 4: Create Your TikTok Lead Ads Workflow
- Add a Workflow trigger step: TikTok Form Submitted.
- Add a filter and select the form.
- Submit the form to ensure leads are added to the CRM.
Troubleshooting
Error: No Pages for This Account
If you see this error, ensure you have created an instant form in your TikTok business account.
Expired TikTok Access Token
If your access token expires, disconnect and reconnect your account from the CRM integration page to generate a new token. If the issue persists, contact support.
Changing Lead Ad Form Questions
If you update your lead ad form within TikTok, create a custom field for any new responses in your Stack settings. Then, update the TikTok Form Fields Mapping to include the new field.
Stopping Inbound Leads
To stop receiving leads, toggle the status off.
Connecting the Same TikTok Account ID to Multiple Sub-Accounts
Yes, this is possible as long as both accounts have the TikTok Form fields mapped.
Integration Token Expiry
TikTok provides a permanent access token, ensuring a stable integration unless manually disconnected. An "Integration expired" message will appear under the TikTok integration option if the token expires.
