Common Facebook Integration Issues​

  1. Endless Loading: The integration process seems stuck with a continuously spinning wheel.
  2. Broken Redirect: Clicking "Connect" on Facebook redirects you to a non-functional page.
  3. Missing Form Fields: The Facebook Form Fields Mapping section doesn't show the forms associated with your Facebook Business Page.

Troubleshooting Steps​

  1. Clear Cache and Cookies

    • Log out of Stack.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
    • Close and reopen your browser.
    • Log back into Stack and attempt the Facebook integration again.

  2. Check Your Login URL

    • Ensure you are logged into Stack using your custom domain.
    • If you're logged in via app.stack.com, switch to your whitelabeled domain (e.g., app.yourcustomdomain.com).
    • Log in through your custom domain and retry the integration.
