Enhanced Email Verification for Campaigns

Ensuring the security and integrity of your email campaigns is crucial. To protect your reputation and prevent identity spoofing, Stack now requires verification of your "From" email address before you send out any email campaign. This step ensures that only valid email addresses are used, safeguarding your communications.

Exceptions to Email Verification​

In some cases, email verification may not be necessary:

  • Custom domains provided under LC email.
  • Email addresses set as location admin in your settings.

How to Verify Your Email​

To start using your email address for campaigns, follow these simple steps to verify it:

  1. Create a Campaign:

    • Go to the Email Marketing section within your Stack account.
    • Set up a new campaign.

  2. Enter Your Email Address:

    • In the sender email field, input the email address you wish to verify.

  3. Initiate Verification:

    • Click on the "Verify Now" button.

  4. Complete Verification:

    • Check your email inbox for a One-Time Password (OTP).
    • Enter the 6-digit OTP provided.

Once you've entered the OTP, your email address will be verified and ready for use in future campaigns.

Alternative Verification Method​

You can also verify your email address through the settings page:

  • Navigate to the settings.
  • Click on "Verify an email" to begin the process.
