Adding an Email Event Trigger to Your Workflow

Steps to Add an Email Event Trigger

Choose Your Initial Trigger
- Begin by selecting the initial trigger within your workflow. In the search bar, type "email" to find relevant options.

Select Email Events
- From the dropdown menu, choose Email Events. This will allow you to base your workflow on specific email interactions.

Add Filters
- Click on Add filters to refine your trigger criteria.

Configure Email Event Filters
- In the filter options, select Email Events and then choose Event.

Choose the Action
- Decide whether you want the trigger to activate when an email is Clicked or Opened. Select the appropriate action for your needs.
