What is the Subaccount Dashboard?

The Subaccount Dashboard in Stack is a customizable space where you can monitor and report on various aspects of your subaccount. It's designed to be flexible, allowing you to add or modify widgets based on your specific needs.

Dashboard Modes and States

Dashboard States

  • With Widgets: This is the typical state, featuring multiple widgets and elements.
  • Without Widgets: If no widgets are present, you'll see quick start options to help you get started by adding or creating widgets.

Dashboard Modes

  • View Mode: Displays widgets with filters, enabling you to adjust dates and filters to analyze subaccount activity.
  • Edit Mode: Allows you to rearrange widgets, add or remove elements, and change themes or titles.

Dashboard Components Overview

  • Dashboard Selection Menu: Accessed via a blue button with a panel icon, use this to choose different dashboards.
  • Date Picker: Click to select a date range for your data.
  • Edit Button: A pencil icon that switches the dashboard from view to edit mode.
  • Action Menu: Three vertical dots icon for additional actions.
  • Quick Filters Button: Opens a side panel for quick filter adjustments.
  • Widgets: Lists all widgets currently on the dashboard.

Creating and Adding to Dashboards

Creating a New Dashboard

  • Dashboard Name Field: Enter a name for your new dashboard.
  • Private Dashboard Toggle: Decide if the dashboard should be private.
  • Access Options: Set permissions for different user roles.
  • Confirm Button: Finalize and create your new dashboard.

Creating a Dashboard from a Template

  • Filters Button: Show or hide filter options.
  • Search Field: Find templates by keywords.

Cloning an Existing Dashboard
