Understanding the Date Range Filter
The Date Range filter is based on the date when leads are created. For example, if you view opportunities from January 24th to July 25th, you'll see leads who opted into Stack during this period and are currently in OPEN status. To focus on leads from a specific day, simply double-click the desired date.
Calculating Conversion Rate
The Conversion Rate is calculated by dividing the number of leads in the WON status by the total number of leads who opted in. For instance, if 1 out of 5 leads is marked as WON, that's your conversion rate.
Automatic WON Status
The WON stage is automatically added, so there's no need to manually create a WON stage to track successful leads.
Pipeline Stages and Flow
Each stage in your pipeline reflects a step closer to a sale. For example, in a Facebook Leads pipeline:
- Prospects Stage: 80% of leads move here.
- Booked Stage: 60% of leads progress to this stage.
Our pipeline functions like a sales journey. For instance, if a lead is at the "University" stage, it implies they've also passed through "Elementary" and "High School" stages, incrementing the count for each.
Funnel Chart Insights
The Funnel Chart visualizes the progression of leads through each stage. For accurate tracking, ensure each stage represents a step toward a sale, such as:
- Prospect -> Survey Submitted -> Consultation -> Purchase

Tracking Specific Stages
To monitor stages like No-shows or Showed but Didn't Buy, refer to the Stages Distribution Chart. This chart displays the number of leads currently in each stage.
Allowing Duplicate Opportunities
If you need to track leads through multiple stages, enable Allow Duplicate Opportunity. This setting ensures that if a lead reaches the No-show stage, an opportunity card remains there. Additionally, ensure the Add/Update Opportunity trigger action has the Allow duplicate opportunities toggle activated.
