General Questions

Which plans offer access to custom dashboard widgets?

Custom dashboards, widgets, and reports are available with the $297 and $497+ plans.

Why does the widget data show a different time/date format compared to other sections of the platform?

Currently, our dashboard widgets use a system timezone and date format to maintain consistency. We understand this might not suit everyone, and we're working on providing options to switch time and date formats within the dashboard widgets for a more personalized experience. Stay tuned for updates!

Which roles have access to the Custom widgets?

Dashboard access with custom widgets varies based on roles for accounts on the $497 plan or above:

  • Account Admin: View Access
  • Account User: View Access, depending on user permissions

How do permissions work for the dashboard?

To adjust user permissions for the dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings and select My Staff.
  2. Click Edit next to the user whose permissions you want to change.
  3. In the User Permissions section, update the permissions as needed.

Available dashboard permissions include:

  • Dashboard Stats: Grants view access to the entire Dashboard.
  • Contacts: Provides access to all contacts and related widgets.
  • Opportunity: Provides access to all Opportunities and related widgets.
  • Appointment: Provides access to all Appointments and related widgets.
  • Lead value: Provides access to monetary value-related widgets.
  • Only Assigned data: If enabled, no data will be visible on custom widgets.

How can I configure widgets to display data specific to the team member viewing the dashboard?

To ensure team members only see their data on dashboard widgets, configure each widget with a condition: set USER -> LOGGED IN USER under the conditions tab. This setup ensures personalized data visibility for each team member.

Why is there a mismatch in opportunities on the new dashboard?

We've updated our approach to consider the "Last Status Change" date for opportunities instead of the "Created" date. This change may cause mismatches in opportunity counts on the new dashboard due to updates in older opportunities affecting the overall chart count.

To customize the date property used on the widgets:

  • For General Widgets: Click the filter icon on the widget and adjust the date property. Changing it on one filter will automatically update it for other general filters.
  • For Users on the $497 and Higher Plans: You can add custom widgets and specify the date property in the widget settings for a more tailored experience. This feature is exclusive to users on plans $497 and higher.
