Key Features

Configuring Searchable Fields

  • Contacts and Opportunities: You can search up to 6 fields.
  • Minimum Characters: A minimum of 3 characters is required in the search box to execute a search.
  • Mandatory Fields:
    • Contacts: Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address are mandatory and cannot be removed.
    • Opportunities: Opportunity Name is mandatory and cannot be removed.
