Adding Multiple Phone Numbers
You can add up to eleven phone numbers for a single contact. This is especially useful for managing clients or leads with multiple numbers, such as home, work, or mobile numbers.
Convenient Management and Editing
All phone numbers can be easily managed and edited from the contact details page, ensuring your records are always up-to-date.
Designation of a Primary Phone Number
You can designate one phone number as the primary contact number. This primary number will be used by default for all communications unless specified otherwise.
Phone Number Labels

Edit or Manage Phone Numbers
- Click the 'Edit' button next to a phone number to change or delete it, or to update its label.
Designate a Primary Phone Number
- Set a phone number as the 'Primary Phone Number' by checking the 'Mark as Primary' box next to it.
