Why do I need to confirm my contacts have consented to hear from me while importing contacts?​

Ensuring that your contacts have given consent is crucial for two main reasons:

  1. Protect Your Sending Reputation: Importing a large number of contacts without proper consent can increase bounce rates and spam complaints, which can harm your reputation as a sender.

  2. Prevent Issues with Purchased or Rented Lists: Even if a list claims to have opt-in consent, it might not be suitable for marketing communication. Contacts from purchased or rented lists are more likely to bounce, unsubscribe, or mark your emails as spam, potentially leading to blocklisting.

What are the different bulk actions that cannot be restored?​

Certain bulk actions in Stack are irreversible. These include:

  • Bulk Email
  • Bulk Email Verification
  • Bulk Update Contacts to Company
  • Bulk Tag Add
  • Bulk SMS
