With Stack, managing your subscriptions and invoices is now easier than ever. You can create and schedule subscriptions directly from a contact's profile, streamlining your billing process. This feature allows you to handle billing for a specific contact without navigating away from their profile.

Creating Subscriptions from a Contact's Profile

To set up a subscription for a customer, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Contacts and select Contact Details for the customer you wish to manage.
  2. Go to Payments and click on Actions, then select Create Subscription.
  3. Fill out the subscription details as required.

Creating and Sending Invoices from a Contact's Profile

To create and send an invoice:

  1. Open Contacts and go to Contact Details for the relevant customer.
  2. Navigate to Payments and choose Actions, then click on Create Invoice.
  3. You will be directed to the invoice creation page with the customer's details already filled in.
  4. Add the necessary invoice details.
  5. Save the invoice and send it to the customer.
