Bulk Actions for Contacts & SmartLists in Stack

Efficiently manage your contacts and SmartLists with Stack's Bulk Actions feature. Here's how you can make the most of it.

Viewing Bulk Action Status

To check the status of your bulk actions:

  1. Navigate to Contacts > Bulk Actions.
  2. Click on Show Stats to view detailed information about each action.
  3. Use the three-dot menu on the right of any bulk action to pause, cancel, or update details.

Features Overview

Filtering

Refine your view of bulk actions using the Filter option located in the top right corner of the Bulk Actions page. You can filter by:

  • Action Type: Import, Delete, Workflow, etc.
  • Status: Complete, In Progress, Cancelled, etc.
  • Users: Filter by the user who initiated the bulk action.
  • Date Range: Select a specific timeframe to view bulk actions.

Filtered views can be shared via a URL for quick access to relevant bulk actions.

Status Indicators

Easily identify the state of each bulk action with color-coded status indicators:

  • ✅ Green: Completed
  • ❌ Red: Cancelled
  • 🔵 Blue: In Progress (with real-time percentage updates)

Bulk Action Statistics

Gain insights into your bulk actions by clicking Show Stats next to an action. This will provide a detailed breakdown, including:

  • Total actions processed
  • Success count
  • Errors and warnings

You can also download reports for a deeper analysis.

Managing Bulk Actions

Take control of your bulk processes with various available actions:

  • Cancel a running bulk action
  • Revert a completed bulk action
  • Pause & Resume ongoing actions

How to Manage Bulk Actions

  1. Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) next to a bulk action.
  2. Select the desired action: Cancel, Revert, Pause, or Resume.
  3. Confirm the action in the modal popup.

You'll receive a notification confirming the success or failure of the action.
