To begin creating Service Menus and Service Calendars, activate the feature in the "Account Preferences" under Calendar Settings. Toggle the button to activate the Service Menu, then scroll down and click "Save Preferences". A new tab named "Service Menu" will appear next to Calendars and Groups.
Creating Groups
Organizing your service calendar starts with creating groups. These groups categorize related services like Dent Removal, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating, and Window Tinting. Each group acts as a container, enhancing clarity and organization.
Navigate to:
- Calendars > Calendar Settings > Groups > Create Group
Add the Group Name, Group Description, and a Group URL or unique SLUG, then click the blue Create button.
Configuring Service Calendars
After setting up groups, create individual Service Calendars. For example, to set up a calendar for Dent Removal, follow these steps:
- Name the calendar (e.g., Dent Removal, Wheel Restoration).
- Select a Staff Member assigned to the service.
- Assign a Custom URL or unique SLUG.
- Define the service duration from the dropdown menu.
- Click the blue Confirm button.
Note: Ensure staff members are added in advance under Settings > My Staff > Add Employee, as you need to select a staff member to save the calendar.
Adjusting Calendar Settings

To edit a Service Calendar, click the three dots next to it and select Edit.
