View Custom Form Submissions in Appointment Details

Overview

The View Form Submissions feature in Stack allows you to access responses from custom booking forms directly within the Appointment Modal. This integration streamlines your scheduling workflow by eliminating the need to switch between the Forms module or Contacts to review form details.

What's New?

Forms Tab in Appointment Modal

A new Forms tab is now available within the Appointment Modal when an appointment includes a custom form submission.

Structured Submission View

The submitted form responses are presented in a clear, structured format that reflects the layout of the Forms module.

Access from Anywhere

No matter where you are in Stack—whether it's the Calendars, Contacts, or Conversations tab—clicking on an appointment will display the Forms tab if a custom form was submitted.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Calendars

    • Open your Calendar and select any recent appointment.
  2. Open Appointment Modal

    • Click on the appointment card to view its details.
  3. Check for the Forms Tab

    • If a custom form was submitted during the booking process, you'll see a Forms tab in the modal.
  4. View Form Responses

    • Click the Forms tab to view a detailed and structured submission of the form.

Important Notes

  • This feature supports only custom forms added to the booking flow.
  • Form submissions will appear only for appointments created on or after April 9, 2025.
  • Default booking form submissions (Name, Email, Phone) are not displayed in the Forms tab, as this information is already available in the Contact section.
  • Support for viewing default form submissions within the Forms tab is coming soon.
