In Stack's Round Robin Calendars, the Staff Member Selection feature allows your clients to choose their preferred staff member when booking an appointment. Here's how it works:
- Clients can select a specific staff member.
- If no selection is made, the system assigns an available staff member using the Round Robin logic.
- This feature is available exclusively with the Neo Widget, ensuring a modern and user-friendly experience.

Go toSettings → Calendarsin your Stack account and find the calendar you wish to modify. -
Edit the Calendar
Click on the three-dot menu next to the calendar and selectEditfrom the dropdown. -
Enable Staff Selection
Under theCustomizationssection, find theStaff Selectionoption and toggle onAllow staff selection during booking.Important: This feature is available only when the Calendar widget style is set to NEO.
Managing Staff Availability for Round Robin Selection
Ensure the effectiveness of the Staff Selection feature by keeping each staff member's availability updated:
- Navigate to
Subaccount Settings → My Staff. - Select the staff member whose availability you wish to update.
