Using Service Calendars in the Stack Mobile App
Welcome to the latest update for the Stack Mobile App! You can now access and manage all your service appointments directly from the app. This feature allows you to view existing appointments and create new ones with your contacts seamlessly.

View Service Calendar Appointments
You can now see all your service appointments organized by date in the calendar section of the app.
Create New Service Calendar Appointments
Easily schedule new service appointments with your contacts right from your mobile device.
How It Works

Open the Mobile App
Start by opening the Stack mobile app with your desired sub-account. -
Navigate to Calendars
Go to the calendars section where you'll find all your service appointments listed by their respective dates. -
Create a New Appointment
- Tap the "+" button.
- Select "Schedule appointment".

Choose a Service Calendar
From the calendar dropdown, select a service calendar that you have previously set up on the web. -
Select a Room
Choose the appropriate room for your service. The system will automatically assign equipment based on availability. -
Finalize Appointment Details
Complete all necessary details and tap "Save" to schedule your appointment successfully.
