Consent Checkbox for Compliance

Ensure compliance effortlessly by obtaining consent from your contacts when collecting their phone numbers through Stack's new feature.

We've added a feature that allows you to include a consent checkbox in your calendar settings. This checkbox appears on the booking form when contacts provide their phone numbers during appointment bookings. It's an essential tool for compliance, especially with A2P 10 DLC regulations, helping you avoid issues with telecom providers.

How It Works

When you select a default form in your Calendar settings, you'll see an option labeled Show Consent Checkbox. This option is enabled by default, and we highly recommend keeping it that way. It ensures you capture vital information, such as consent and the contact's IP address, when they check the box during the booking process.

You can also tailor the text of the consent checkbox to meet your specific needs.

Once an appointment is booked with consent, you can access the consent details in two easy ways:

Appointment List View

  1. Click on the three dots menu for the specific appointment.
  2. Select View Consent to see the consent information associated with that appointment.

Contact's Activity Tab

  • Look for an icon next to appointments where consent was provided during booking.
  • Clicking this icon will show you essential appointment details, including the consent text accepted by the contact and their IP address at the time of consent.

By using these features, you can manage consent efficiently and ensure compliance with ease.
