Connecting Your Outlook Account
- Navigate to Settings > Profile.
- Locate the Integrations section and connect your Outlook account.
- Authorize LeadConnector to access your Outlook Calendar.
Configuring Your Calendar

Go to Settings > Profile.

Scroll to the bottom right to find Calendar Configuration. There are two segments:
- Primary Calendar: Reads and writes events to and from your Outlook Calendar.
- Check for Conflicts: Reads events to identify scheduling conflicts.
Primary Calendar Configuration
- Click the edit button under Primary Calendar.
- Select your Outlook account from the dropdown and choose the calendar you want to sync.
Troubleshooting Tip: If appointments aren't syncing, edit the Primary Calendar, select "Do not sync events to the primary calendar," save, and then reselect your calendar.
Check for Conflicts Configuration
- Click the edit button under Check for Conflicts.
- Choose the calendar you want to monitor for conflicts.
