We're excited to introduce the ability to include live chat as a channel in workflow actions within Stack. This feature allows you to seamlessly integrate live chat into your workflows, enhancing real-time communication and interaction within your automated processes.

How it Works

When setting up a Conversation AI bot in a workflow action, you can now select Live Chat as an option. This integration enables you to engage directly with users through live chat, providing a more dynamic and immediate response mechanism within your workflows.
