Usage-Based Plan​

  • Cost: $0.02 per message sent to a contact or suggestion shown to a user.

Unlimited Monthly Plan​

  • Cost: $49 per sub-account for unlimited Conversation AI messages each month.

Free Features​

  • Bot Training and Bot Trial: Train and test your bot for free before deploying.

Rebilling the Costs to Your Clients​

Rebilling Overview​

Rebilling is available in the following plans:

  • $497 Plan
  • $297 Plan (with a lower markup option)

You can adjust the markup to ensure profitability when rebilling Conversation AI costs to your clients.

Setting Up Rebilling​

To enable rebilling for Conversation AI, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Accounts section in your Stack account.
  2. Select the desired sub-account.
  3. Access the Rebilling tab.
  4. Locate Conversation AI and toggle the feature on.
  5. Use the slider to set your preferred markup amount.
  6. Save your changes.

Repeat these steps for each sub-account where you wish to apply rebilling.
