Conversation AI Management

Overview

With Stack, you can manage the Conversation AI feature directly within your account settings. This allows you to control the availability and billing of Conversation AI for each of your sub-accounts.

Managing Conversation AI

Enable/Disable Feature

To control the use of Conversation AI for your sub-accounts, use the toggle switch:

  • Enable: Turn the toggle on to allow a sub-account to access Conversation AI.
  • Disable: Turn the toggle off to prevent a sub-account from using Conversation AI. If a sub-account was already using the feature, disabling it will stop any further AI interactions.

Enable/Disable Rebilling

You can also manage the billing for Conversation AI:

  • Enable Rebilling: Keep the toggle on to continue rebilling the sub-account for using Conversation AI.
  • Disable Rebilling: Turn the toggle off to stop rebilling the sub-account. Note that if rebilling is disabled, the cost will be covered by your main account.

By managing these settings, you can ensure that Conversation AI is used effectively across your accounts while keeping control over the associated costs.
