Can an Affiliate Be Part of Multiple Campaigns?
Yes, affiliates can participate in multiple campaigns. Each campaign provides a unique affiliate link to ensure accurate tracking. When setting up products, avoid linking the same product across different campaigns to prevent skewed data.
Troubleshooting: My Affiliate Campaign Won't Publish
If your campaign isn't publishing, check the following:
- Stripe Connection: Ensure Stripe is connected to your account.
- Affiliate Addition: Verify that affiliates have been added to the campaign.
A campaign will remain in a paused state if these conditions aren't met. A green indicator shows the campaign is 'Live', while red indicates it is 'Paused'.
Locating Affiliate Links for Each Campaign
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link for every campaign they join. To find these links:
- Navigate to the Affiliate section.
- Click on the affiliate's name.
- Scroll down to the Active Referral Links tab.
Here, you'll see a list of all campaigns the affiliate is part of, along with their specific referral link URLs.
Changing the Domain for Affiliate Referral Links
If no branded domain is set, the affiliate campaign URL will default to the system domain. To use a branded domain:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Business Profile.
- Add your Branded Domain.
Once added, all affiliate campaign URLs will automatically update to use your branded domain.
