Managing Affiliates with Quick Campaign Actions in Stack

The Quick Campaign Actions feature in Stack allows you to efficiently manage affiliates directly from the Affiliate List Page. This functionality enables you to add, remove, or suspend affiliates from specific campaigns quickly, keeping your affiliate program organized and under control.

Adding an Affiliate to a Campaign​

  1. Open Affiliate Manager
    Navigate to the Affiliate List Page.

  2. Locate the Affiliate
    Find the affiliate you wish to add and click the three-dot menu next to their name.

  3. Add to Campaign
    Select Campaign Actions → Add to Campaign.

  4. Choose the Campaign
    From the pop-up list, select the campaign you want to add the affiliate to.

  5. Confirm Changes
    Click Confirm to save your changes.

Removing an Affiliate from a Campaign​

  1. Access the Affiliate Options
    On the Affiliate List Page, click the three-dot menu next to the affiliate’s name.

  2. Remove from Campaign
    Select Campaign Actions → Remove from Campaign.

  3. Select the Campaign
    Choose the campaign from which you want to remove the affiliate.

  4. Confirm Removal
    Click Confirm to finalize the removal.

Suspending an Affiliate from a Campaign​

  1. Open Affiliate Manager
    Go to the Affiliate List Page.

  2. Locate the Affiliate
    Click the three-dot menu next to the affiliate’s name.

  3. Suspend the Affiliate
    Select Campaign Actions → Suspend Affiliate.

  4. Choose the Campaign
    Select the campaign you wish to suspend them from.

  5. Unsuspend if Needed
    To unsuspend, repeat the same steps and select the option to unsuspend.

Important Notes​

  • While Suspended: You cannot manually add leads, assign commissions, or import past activity for the affiliate.
  • Once Unsuspended: The affiliate’s existing links will automatically become active again.
