Getting Started with Affiliate Automations in Stack

Leverage the power of Stack's Affiliate Manager Automations to streamline your affiliate management effortlessly. With these automations, you can automate tasks and focus more on growing your affiliate program. Here are some essential automations you can set up:

Affiliate Created Workflow Trigger​

Trigger Setup​

  • Navigate to Add New Workflow Trigger.
  • Search for Affiliate Created and select it.
  • Click Save Trigger.

How It Works​

This trigger activates whenever a new affiliate is created in your sub-account, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into your workflows.

Example​

Imagine running a marketing campaign where multiple affiliates sign up. As each one is added, this trigger automatically includes them in your workflows, eliminating the need for manual updates.

Add to Affiliate Manager​

Automation Setup​

Automatically add a contact to your Affiliates list in the Affiliate Manager with their status set to "active."

How It Works​

Once the workflow is triggered, the contact is immediately added as an active affiliate, streamlining their onboarding process.

Example​

When a potential partner signs up, they are instantly added to your list of active affiliates, ensuring no delays in starting their journey with you.

Update Affiliate​

Automation Setup​

This automation allows you to update an affiliate's status to either "active" or "inactive."

Supported Options​

  • Mark as Active
  • Mark as Inactive

Example​

If an affiliate doesn't meet activity requirements after a specified period, this automation can change their status to inactive automatically.

Add to Affiliate Campaign​

Automation Setup​

Add an affiliate to a specific campaign within the Affiliate Manager’s Campaigns tab. Simply select the desired campaign from a dropdown menu.

Example​

Launching a new product? Automatically add all your active affiliates to the campaign without manual effort—this automation takes care of it instantly.

Remove from Affiliate Campaign​

Effortlessly remove an affiliate from a campaign by selecting the campaign from a dropdown menu.

Example​

If an affiliate no longer qualifies for a particular campaign, the system can automatically remove them, reducing your administrative workload.
