The WhatsApp statistics feature in Stack workflows offers you a detailed view of your WhatsApp communication performance. Here's what you can track:

How to View WhatsApp Statistics in Workflows

  1. Navigate to Automations
    Select the workflow that includes a WhatsApp action.

  2. Access the WhatsApp Action
    Click on the WhatsApp Action, then choose Statistics.

  3. View Performance Metrics
    Select the Statistics tab to see a detailed breakdown of all WhatsApp messages triggered by that specific action. Note that customers with read receipts turned off will appear under the Delivered tab.

Status Definitions

  • Total: The total number of WhatsApp messages triggered through this action for the selected date range.
  • Pending: Messages queued but not yet triggered.
  • Sent: Messages sent to WhatsApp, awaiting delivery (single tick in WhatsApp).
  • Delivered: Messages successfully delivered to the recipient’s device (double ticks). This includes users who have disabled read receipts.
  • Read: Messages opened/read by the recipient (blue ticks).
  • Failed: Messages that could not be delivered due to reasons like non-WhatsApp numbers, blacklisted templates, blocked accounts, or marketing template limits.

How to Export WhatsApp Statistics

  1. Go to Automations
    Select the workflow containing the WhatsApp action.

  2. Access Statistics
    Click on the WhatsApp Action, then select Statistics.

  3. Export Data
    Click on Export to download a file containing all relevant message details, such as recipient name, phone number, status, and timestamp.
