How to Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages

Step 1:
Select all the contacts you wish to send a WhatsApp template to. You can also create smart lists to send messages to everyone at once.

Step 2:
Click on the WhatsApp icon to initiate a Bulk Send.

Step 3:
Choose the WhatsApp template you want to send. Add an action name for future reference and to check campaign statistics.
Note: Only approved templates will be visible under "Select WhatsApp templates".

Step 4:
Monitor the progress of your campaign.

Step 5:
Review the campaign statistics to evaluate performance.
Important: Ensure you do not exceed the message limit set by Meta on your WhatsApp number when triggering a Bulk WhatsApp action. Make sure the selected contacts are within the 24-hour messaging limit.

  • Total: The total number of contacts for which the bulk action was performed.
  • Pending: Contacts for which the WhatsApp message is yet to be triggered.
  • Sent: The total count of contacts to whom WhatsApp messages have been sent.
  • Delivered: Contacts who received the WhatsApp message.
  • Read: Contacts who read the WhatsApp message.
  • Error: Contacts where an error occurred, such as not being on WhatsApp, template blacklisting, or account blocking on Meta.
  • Skipped: Contacts skipped from the bulk action, possibly due to DND settings or missing phone numbers.
