Steps to Import WhatsApp Templates

Step 1: Create a Snapshot

  1. Log in to your Stack account.
  2. Navigate to Account Snapshots.
  3. Click on Create New Snapshot.
  4. Enter a Snapshot Name.
  5. Select the Sub-Account from which you want to copy the templates.
  6. Click Next to continue.

Step 2: Select and Finalize Assets

  1. A list of assets linked to the Sub-Account will appear.
  2. Click on Create to finalize the Snapshot.

Step 3: Load the Snapshot into a Sub-Account

  1. Navigate to Sub-Accounts.
  2. Select the Sub-Account where you want to apply the Snapshot.
  3. Click on the three dots and choose Manage Client.
  4. Click on Actions and select Load Snapshot.

Step 4: Transfer Assets

  1. Choose the Snapshot Name from the list.
  2. Click Proceed.
  3. Select all the assets (templates, workflows, etc.) you want to transfer.
  4. Click Proceed to continue.

Step 5: Complete the Process

  1. Once the process is complete, click OK.
  2. Note: All templates will be submitted for Meta approval before use.
