How Clients Discover and Purchase Listings

Discovering the Listings Feature

Your clients can find out about your Listings offer through three main channels:

  1. Top Bar Notification Banner

    • This is a one-time notification. Once dismissed, it will not appear again.
  2. LaunchPad Item

  3. Location Menu

    • Navigate to Reputation > Listings.

Completing the Purchase

Once clients discover the Listings feature, they can easily proceed to purchase by following these steps:

  1. Click the Activate Listings button.
  2. Select Pay and Subscribe to create the subscription, process the payment, and access the Listings dashboard.

Understanding the Billing Process

When your client subscribes to Listings, two subscriptions are created:

  1. Client to Your Stripe Account

    • This allows you to collect payments directly from your clients.
  2. Stack to Your Card

    • A monthly fee of $30 is charged to maintain the Listings service.

Additional Information

  • Availability: Listings are available for users in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy.

Personalizing Offers for Clients

You can customize pricing for specific clients by managing their account settings. This personalization allows you to offer different rates tailored to individual client needs.

Disabling Offers for Specific Clients

If you decide not to offer Listings to certain clients, you can disable this option before any sale is made. Once a client has purchased Listings, the option cannot be disabled.
