How to Cancel Yext Listings in Stack

Canceling Yext subscriptions through Stack is now more straightforward than ever. Our automated cancellation feature allows you to easily initiate the cancellation of Yext listings directly from the platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Important: Automated Yext Cancellation is available only if you have submitted the Yext form at least 30 days before initiating the cancellation.

Steps to Initiate Yext Cancellations

Step 1: Access the Edit Listings Information

  • Navigate to your sub-account.
  • Go to Reputation Management and select Listings.
  • Click on the Edit Listings Information button located at the top right of the page.

Step 2: Navigate to the Manage Listings Tab

  • On the Edit Listings Information page, find the Manage Listings tab.
  • Click on Cancel Yext Listings located at the bottom left.

Step 3: Confirm and Provide a Reason for Cancellation

  • A pop-up will appear to confirm the location details for cancellation.
  • Once confirmed, provide a valid reason for your Yext cancellation.
  • Confirm your cancellation. Your Yext listings will be automatically canceled in the backend.
  • You will receive a pop-up notification confirming the successful cancellation.

What to Do When Yext Cancellation Fails

If the cancellation process fails, you will see an error message. In such cases, please contact our support team to raise a cancellation request.

Note: Yext cancellation is applicable only for locations that have submitted the form 30 days before initiating the cancellation request.
