Setting Your Branded Client Portal Mobile App Price

To set the pricing for the Branded Client Portal Mobile App, navigate to the Reselling tab in your Stack account. Here, you can configure your agency-wide offer.

Personalizing Offers for Certain Clients

If you wish to offer a different rate to specific clients, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sub-Account List.
  2. Search for the client and click on the three dots next to their name.
  3. Select Manage Clients.
  4. Scroll to the reselling section, adjust the pricing for the Branded Client Portal Mobile App, and click Save.

Disabling Branded Client Portal Mobile App for Certain Clients

To prevent certain clients from accessing the Branded Client Portal Mobile App:

  1. Go to Sub-Account List.
  2. Search for the client and click on the three dots next to their name.
  3. Select Manage Clients.
  4. In the reselling section, toggle off the Branded Client Portal Mobile App and click Save.

Note: This can only be done before the client has made a purchase.

Direct Deployment Without Stripe

To deploy the Branded Client Portal Mobile App directly to a location without using Stripe:

  1. Go to Sub-Account List.
  2. Search for the client and click on the three dots next to their name.
  3. Select Manage Clients.
  4. In the reselling section, under Branded Client Portal Mobile App, read and accept the terms and conditions, then click Pay Now.

Note: The app settings won't be visible until this manual deployment occurs.

Client Experience

Discovering the Feature

Clients can find the Branded Client Portal Mobile App by navigating to Sites in the Sub-Account left menu, then selecting Client Portal -> Settings -> Branded Mobile App.

Completing the Purchase

Once clients discover the feature, they can purchase the Branded Client Portal Mobile App by entering their payment details and confirming the purchase. After clicking Confirm, the system will process the payment and direct them to the App dashboard.

Billing Overview

When a client purchases the Branded Client Portal App, two subscriptions are created:

  1. Between the client's card and your Stripe account for collecting payments.
  2. Between Stack and your Stripe account, where you pay $79/month/location.
